The Hotel Baita Fiorita (4 Stars) managed by the family of Deborah Compagnoni, ski champion, boasts a long tradition; always characterized by hospitality and good taste.
The restaurant is a piece of history of Santa Caterina Valfurva, and preserves the name of the ancient Caffè Bormio, founded in 1896 for the refreshment of travelers passing to and from the Stelvio Pass, and which was the embryo of the Hotel Baita Fiorita by Deborah.
This environment also preserves intact the love for wood, the taste for details and all the warmth of the Compagnoni family for a truly special evening.
In the restaurant, traditional Valtellina dishes are preferred, one for all the Pizzoccheri, and ancient recipes revisited with wisdom.
Each course highlights tradition and everything is accompanied by excellent local wines. As a backdrop, tea, herbal teas, aromatic herb infusions, an innate attention to detail and magical atmospheres.
